REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting DeskStand as soon as possible.
If an order has already been dispatched, the order will be subject to the returns process outlined below.
Custom-made, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
2. Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The product is unused.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product is returned in a resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
DeskStand reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving a refund.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify DeskStand within 7 days of delivery.
Where applicable, DeskStand will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of DeskStand.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items may not qualify for refunds:
- Custom-made products.
- Special-order products.
- Products altered after delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper assembly.
6. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

8. Consumer Rights
